Monday: Animals Field Study

Today we are participating in Animals Field Study. The weather was beautiful for our hike through the woods. We had to bundle up in the morning because it's been so windy. We are learning about habitat and adaptation today.

Franky, Ashley and Rosie participated in delivering the morning weather report this morning. A note about breakfast: The students won't stop raving about the french toast with strawberry topping!

Also, all the cabins earned their ZZZ's last night! I guess we were all tired.

It is Wednesday and I am wondering when I get to see your photos. I heard about your french toast with strawberry sauce. Yummy, I want some!

We are still celebrating Red Ribbon Week. Today we dress for our future career. It is easy for me because I dress like a counselor everyday -- HA!
Yesterday, the 6th grade winner was Kailee Dove. She gave the correct answer of 5000. 5000 young adults, under age 21 die each year from abusing alcohol.

Hope your weather stays beautiful.
